Thank you for purchasing clothing from Charisle LLC. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please carefully read the following terms before requesting a return.

I. Return Request Time

To return an item, please contact customer service to submit your request within 7 days of receiving the item. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

II. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund in the following situations:

The item has a quality issue;

The item was damaged during shipping;

The received item does not match the order information.

Please provide your order number and relevant photos with your request so we can verify and process it.

III. Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed;

In its original condition, not affecting resale;

Tags, packaging, and accessories are complete;

No stains, no odors, and no man-made damage.

Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return.

(This includes both opened and unopened products eligible for return.)

IV. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are generally not supported in the following situations:

The item has been worn or washed;

Labels or packaging are missing;

The return application period has expired;

Damage caused by personal reasons;

Special offer items (if indicated on the page).

V. Return Process

The return process is as follows:

Contact customer service to submit a return request;

Customer service will confirm and provide a return address;

Return the item as instructed;

Once we receive and confirm the item meets the requirements, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

VI. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs incurred due to product quality issues or incorrect item delivery will be borne by us;

Return shipping costs for personal reasons will be borne by the buyer.
